Adam Clark is the Chief Quality Officer of CBIZ CPAs. Adam joined the Firm from Marcum LLP where he was at since 2017. Adam has nearly 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, internal controls, root cause analysis, and regulatory oversight. He has an in-depth knowledge of quality control within an account firm and PCAOB auditing and related professional practice standards.
Prior to joining the Marcum LLP, Adam was an Associate Director at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Previously, he was at two “Big 4” public accounting firms, separated by time at the aerospace division of a Fortune 100 company.
Adam is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he received his BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in Iowa, Colorado, and New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
