Bora is a shareholder and the National Leader of Monitoring and Regulatory Compliance, located in Denver, Colorado, who has been serving clients since 1996. She oversees the firm’s monitoring and remediation processes and has extensive experience in matters related to various auditing standards, in particular PCAOB standards, and QC processes, including monitoring, root cause and remediation.
She is a member of the AICPA and holds a CPA license in the state of Colorado.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Associate Director in the Division of Registration and Inspections at the PCAOB, working primarily on large firm inspections. She also served in the assurance practice at a “big four” accounting firm.
