Profile

As CBIZ CPAs Chief Operating Officer, Andrew’s overall responsibilities include managing the operations and administrative functions and resources of the Firm. This includes, in conjunction with each Regional Risk and Attest Quality Leader (“RRAQL”), the overall coordination and efforts of implementing CBIZ CPAs’ policies and procedures and operational strategies throughout the Firm to support and maintain its quality initiatives and objectives. Andrew is also responsible for oversight and performance of the Firm’s RRAQLs and the interactions with the CBIZ National Attest Office.

Andrew previously served as the Firm’s President from 2022 through July 2025 and was a Regional Attest Practice Leader with responsibility for offices throughout the East Coast.

Andrew also serves as a member of the CBIZ CPAs Executive Committee and its Board of Directors. He is a certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey and recognized as a national expert in auditing and accounting to publicly and privately held companies in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining CBIZ CPAs, Andrew was a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP and Mahoney Cohen P.C., which was acquired by CBIZ and CBIZ CPAs in 2009
