Jenn is a Shareholder and a member of our Board of Directors, based out of our Seattle office, who has been serving our clients since 1996. A Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, she is recognized as a national resource for management and approval of audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements for private companies in a variety of industries. Jenn consults with her clients on topics such as inventory accounting practices, implementation of GAAP standards, and employee benefit plans.
She also leads the office’s Transaction Services practice, which guides clients through the M&A process, helping buyers and sellers identify and evaluate opportunities. Services include preparation of quality of earnings reports, due diligence assistance, and transaction post-closing accounting.
