Patrick is Co-Leader of the Not-For-Profit & Education Practice in New England. Patrick has more than 25 years of accounting and auditing experience with privately-held and public companies in the manufacturing, retail, wholesale/distribution, technology, private equity and venture capital, and not-for-profit & education industries.

Patrick also has significant experience working with large, multiple-division, and international companies with complex accounting issues. He performs audits and reviews of financial statements and assists clients in analyzing and interpreting financial results as well as mergers and acquisitions transactions, debt offerings, and internal control matters.
