Rashi Ray is a member of the Executive Committee in the Company’s National Office and is responsible for auditor independence and conflict resolution.
In this role, Rashi advises the Company’s client service teams and professionals on ethics and auditor independence requirements. She oversees consultations, training, communications, inspections, and policy development. Rashi identifies process improvement opportunities in these areas to make them more efficient. She has high client service standards and focuses on protecting the Firm’s brand and reputation.
Rashi has over 25 years of experience in the accounting profession, with 19 years specializing in auditor independence. She is a subject matter expert in the US auditor independence rules.
